The FACTS of what Noble House Hotels & Resorts — owners and operators of the Grove Isle Hotel & Spa and the Grove Isle Club — did and continue to do with malice and forethought in efforts to hide their loathsome greed, disrespect for the law, and abuse of Grove Isle Club members, guests, Baleen patrons, and others are detailed in a white paper titled Noble House Hotels & Resorts: Grove Isle Hotel & Spa and Grove Isle Club Truths available at http://www.grandlifestyle.com/ and at this Weblog where you also have the opportunity to offer your comments (you may do so with your name or anonymously).
Upon carefully reviewing the First Amendment to the United States Constitution and the Code of Ethics of the Society of Professional Journalists (I became a member in 1995), I decided to publish the white paper and also present the truth at this blog
The Noble House people attempted to stop me from speaking out and sharing the truth with all of you, but they did not count on the support of friends.
Let us focus on the truth and set the record straight on why and how Noble House Hotels & Resorts, owners and operators of the Grove Isle Hotel & Spa and the Grove Isle Club (‘Noble House”)
excommunicated

War is an ugly thing but not the ugliest of things;
the decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feelings which thinks that nothing is worth war is much worse.
A man who has nothing for which he is willing to fight, nothing which is more important than his own personal safety, is a miserable creature and has no chance of being free unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself.

Of all responses to my white paper, there is one that stands out: “Heinz, this has gotten old. Why don’t you leave it alone and move on????”
What, one should wonder, would have happened to a nation, perhaps the entire world, had a greatly-admired man subscribed to such philosophy? Evil could have triumphed over good and right could have succumbed to wrong. Instead, countryman Winston Churchill’s inspiration led to victory over tyranny: “Never give in except to convictions of honor and good sense. Never yield to the apparently overwhelming might of the enemy.”
Those inspirational words ring loudly in my ears and commit me to defend that which is mine and must not be abandoned — my good name.
That ordeal of the most grievous kind must not result in Noble House holding anyone in bondage, driven by the pursuit of greed-motivated goals.
It all turned ugly when I wrote a report addressed to general manager Michael Allen and Baleen restaurant manager Thomas Wright of the Grove Isle Hotel sharing the experience I, in the company of Grace Korse and Maruca and Robert Crosby, suffered at lunch at Baleen’s Palapa bar, and the general manager responded by throwing me out of the club.
I did not take kindly because Noble House burdened my life with the curse of excommunication, tagged an excruciating blemish on my integrity, and robbed me of more than seven years of pleasant memories in the company of wonderful people. So I used the technique and tool I know well — research and pen (computer) — to document the truth and expose the Noble House way of doing business, including monkey business.
Perhaps the writer quoted in paragraph one had unique, personal intentions.
